In these Terms, “Qubicsquare”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to QUBICSQUARE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.

The website provides information about Qubicsquare, our research, technology activities, corporate information, editorial content and related initiatives.

These Terms apply to the current public website and its enquiry, newsletter and related website features.

Separate terms may apply to products or services that we offer now or in the future, including AI services, paid subscriptions, enterprise services, developer services, marketplaces, APIs or other commercial products. These Website Terms do not themselves create access to, entitlement to, or a contract for any such product or service.

Where separate product or service terms apply, those terms will govern the relevant product or service.

Publicly viewing informational pages does not by itself mean that you have subscribed to a product, purchased a service or consented to marketing communications.

We aim to keep information on this website accurate and useful. However, website information may change, become outdated or contain errors.

Editorial articles, opinions, research materials and similar content may reflect information or views available at the time of publication or revision.

Newsletter registration is intended for individuals aged 18 or over.

If you subscribe to a newsletter or submit information through the website, you must provide information that you are authorized to provide.

You must not knowingly register another person's email address or other contact information without their authorization.

We may request confirmation that you are aged 18 or over without requesting your date of birth.

Registration for a newsletter does not create an account for any future Qubicsquare or SITRAI product unless expressly stated otherwise.

Qubicsquare and SITRAI subscriptions are separate. Subscribing to one brand does not automatically authorize marketing from another brand.

Privacy and newsletter consent are governed separately from these Website Terms.
